CONSUMER INSIGHTS : A workshop that helps managers and leaders understand the art of conducting conversations in a manner that helps them arrive at deep insights, which in turn drive growth.

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT : A workshop to help participants traverse the journey from identifying a problem or an opportunity to arriving at the solution through a human-centred approach. The modules would typically include:

LISTENING : A workshop that helps participants understand the power of listening, the challenges to listening and ways to address it in a manner that has a deep personal and professional impact.

STORYTELLING : How does a brand decide what stories it needs to tell? What can be a possible framework for storytelling? How can stories be used to address different needs that a brand might have from internal audiences to external as well?

HERO'S JOURNEY : A mind-body workshop that explores the journey to success. Participants go through a series of interventions that push them into the zone of discomfort and through a process of self-awareness and reflection arrive at a more powerful expression of themselves.

COG conducts learning and sharing sessions around the idea of human-centred thinking. These sessions are a powerful mix of storytelling, lively debates and discussions, very often in the context of organizations and brands. For many years now, we have run dozens of sessions with colleges, CEO forums and symposiums across the world. The Swiss CEO forum, National Institute of Design Ahmedabad, the Xchange- a coalition of middle to senior level leaders from companies like Titan, 3M, Robert Bosch, Mindtree, Asian Paints, Executive Education session at the Global Network for Advanced Management Symposium at Yale are some of them.
